Partner terms

Registration is free, with no subscription or minimum purchase. You act on behalf of your organisation and provide accurate, current information. Admission is not a quality certification or a guarantee of enquiries, contactability, engagements, revenue or results.

We assess your organisation, authority and competence for your chosen profession and areas of expertise. Keep your information current. Incorrect, changed or expired information may lead us to withhold enquiries and suspend access.

Accept only work for which you are competent and authorised. Use protected titles only if you are entitled to them. Maintain your independence and check conflicts of interest, authorisations, deadlines and funding yourself.

For lawyers, we check the official register and confirm authority through the firm’s address listed there. Doubts, changes or a register check older than 90 days require a new check. For other professions, we assess training, experience, declared registrations, complaints procedures and insurance coverage for each area of expertise.

Paid participation must comply with your professional rules. A fixed fee is not a percentage of your revenue or result. For NOB members we assess independence, client interests and transparency. Paid participation has not yet been enabled for RB, MfN, other or multiple memberships. Registration does not create a payment obligation for these groups. Inform the client about the cooperation and introduction fee.

We assess the enquiry and select suitable approved partners. Visitors do not have to choose a profession or firm. Only one partner can accept the enquiry; it is then not assigned to another partner. Visitors remain free to engage you or decline.

New enquiries require a telephone number, a confirmed email address and an explicit wish for telephone contact. The phone number has not been verified by SMS or telephone. Funding, subsidised legal aid and insurance coverage have not yet been confirmed.

Price categories and limits per area of expertise are on the fees page. You see the amount and VAT before expressly confirming purchase. The work and case-file size determine the category. Unclear enquiries are assessed first. Changed prices apply only to new purchases.

You see the description, price and VAT in advance. Tick the initially empty box to accept the costs and participation terms, then select Accept enquiry. This commits you to payment and gives access to the information the visitor agreed to share. An introduction does not guarantee an engagement.

On Fridays at 18:00 Netherlands time, accepted enquiries are combined into one invoice per organisation, with a separate line for each enquiry. Later acceptances go into the following week. Payment is due within seven working days of the invoice date, excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays. The due date is shown on the invoice.

Previously accepted enquiries and existing invoices retain their agreed terms. They are not automatically converted to weekly invoicing.

An introduction is not an engagement. Both you and the visitor remain free to decline cooperation. You agree services, costs, complaints and termination directly with the visitor. Juridisch Antwoord does not perform the substantive engagement.

Use received data only for the relevant enquiry, necessary checks and any resulting engagement. Resale and use for other marketing are prohibited. Do not share data without a valid legal basis and, where required, consent.

You are responsible for your own case file and privacy information. Delete data when retention is no longer necessary or legally required. Our privacy explanation describes our processing, security and retention periods.

Report duplicate enquiries, incorrect contact details or selection mismatches to our contact address within seven days of discovery. State the enquiry or invoice number and reason, without unnecessary client data. We assess whether correction or a credit is appropriate. Not obtaining an engagement does not itself entitle you to a credit.

If consent is withdrawn before release, we block the transfer and review any invoice. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

You can disable enquiry notifications and follow-up emails separately. Essential access and administrative messages are separate. You can end participation through our contact address; where available, you can delete your profile yourself.

Existing payment obligations and statutory retention duties remain. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, incorrect registration or unauthorised use of data.
