Lawyer participation terms

1. The service

Registration is free, without subscription or minimum purchase. The availability of mediation depends on suitable, admitted firms and the security check. Participation and paid introductions must comply with the professional rules. You assess yourself whether participation is compatible with your independence and the interests of the person seeking legal assistance.

2. Admission and firm check

Participation is for Dutch law firms. Access to applications follows after email confirmation, checking the lawyer and firm in the official register, and confirmation of your authority through a confirmation email to the firm address in the official register. Keep your details up to date and report changes immediately. If details change, there is doubt, or a register check is more than 90 days old, a recheck is required; applications then remain screened.

3. What you see in advance

You select by area of law, region, language and funding. The general profile contains no names or free-text case description. New applications require a telephone number, confirmed email address and a deliberate preference for telephone contact. The telephone number is not verified by SMS or telephone. Funding is self-reported; legal aid or insurance coverage is not confirmed. We do not guarantee reachability, legal viability or an instruction.

4. Purchase, payment and exclusivity

The fixed rates per application are €25 for a defined check or advice, €49 for negotiation or more extensive advice, €99 for proceedings or a substantial file, and €199 for extensive proceedings or a complex dispute, each excluding 21% VAT. The classification is based on the requested work and stated scope; it is not a revenue guarantee. Applications that are not sufficiently clear are assessed first. You see the category, price and VAT in advance. A payment obligation arises only upon your express confirmation of purchase. After purchase, you receive an invoice with payment instructions. The full application is released exclusively to your firm after the visitor's consent and confirmed payment. There is no free reservation or automatic redistribution. A changed price applies only to new purchases. The visitor pays us no mediation fee.

5. Contact and free choice of lawyer

After the confirmed introduction, the visitor receives your firm name and email address. Your firm handles the follow-up; no call appointment is scheduled. Without a completed introduction, the search application closes after 48 hours and the visitor is notified. This does not change an introduction that has already been paid for.

An introduction is not an instruction. You independently check expertise and conflicts of interest, safeguard your independence and agree services and costs with the visitor. The visitor remains free to engage you or not.

6. Confidentiality

Use received data only for the permitted introduction and any instruction. Resale and use for other marketing are prohibited. You are responsible for your own file and privacy information. Delete data as soon as retention is no longer necessary or required. The privacy notice describes our processing, security and retention periods.

7. Errors and complaints

Report duplicate applications, incorrect contact details or deviations from the selection within seven days of discovery via our contact address, stating only the application number and the reason. We assess whether correction or a credit is appropriate. Not obtaining an instruction does not in itself entitle you to a credit. If consent is withdrawn before release, we block the transfer and check any invoice. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Notifications and termination

You can turn off application notifications and follow-up emails separately. Necessary access and administrative messages are separate from these. You can terminate participation via our contact address. Existing obligations remain in force. In case of misuse, incorrect registration or unauthorised use of data, we may suspend or terminate access.
