How it works for partners

1. Register your firm

Register your organisation and profession and indicate the enquiries you want to receive. We assess identity, authority, expertise and applicable professional rules. Lawyers are checked against the official register. Other partners provide relevant qualifications, experience and registrations where applicable. Registration is free; admission and availability are not guaranteed.

3. The visitor consciously requests help

For a new application, a description, desired next step, telephone number, confirmed email address and preference for telephone contact are required. The pricing classification uses the work involved and the stated scope. Applications that are not sufficiently clear are assessed first.

4. We select suitable partners

You see the description, price and VAT in advance. Tick the initially empty box to accept the costs and participation terms, then select Accept enquiry. This commits you to payment and gives access to the information the visitor agreed to share. An introduction does not guarantee an engagement.

5. Your firm confirms the purchase

6. Agree the instruction directly

The visitor receives your firm name and email address. Your firm handles the contact and assesses expertise, conflicts of interest and funding. You agree costs and services yourself. No call appointment is automatically scheduled and no instruction is guaranteed.

Search period and urgency

If no partner accepts the request within 48 hours, we close the search and notify the visitor. Weekends count. An accepted request stays with that partner and is not reassigned.

Cases with a deadline within two working days fall outside this route. The visitor must seek suitable help directly for these. The search period does not suspend legal deadlines.

Weekly invoice

On Fridays at 18:00 Netherlands time, accepted enquiries are combined into one invoice per organisation, with a separate line for each enquiry. Later acceptances go into the following week. Payment is due within seven working days of the invoice date, excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays. The due date is shown on the invoice.

Previously accepted enquiries and existing invoices retain their agreed terms. They are not automatically converted to weekly invoicing.
