How My overview works
Do I need an account to ask a question?
Sign in with your email address and password to save. Chat and information remain available without an account.
What is saved?
Only the answer or preparation where you choose Save and give consent. Your full chat conversation is not saved automatically.
Will my preparation survive a page reload?
Only the version you successfully saved. Wait for confirmation. Save new changes again before closing or reloading. You can also download your preparation as a Word document.
Can I continue on another device?
Yes. Sign in with the same email address and password. Your saved questions and preparations are in My overview.
Can a partner see my saved answers?
No. Saving sends nothing to a partner and does not submit a help request. Submit a request separately through the website and choose what information to share.
How long is my information available?
An item remains available for one year after saving or updating. You can delete it sooner. A saved answer does not automatically change when rules or circumstances change.
