All situations are fictional. You do not need to discuss your own problems, upload documents or enter personal data. Your answers and choices are not sent and disappear when the page is reloaded.
The owl helps you through the steps. You can turn off its movements. The explanation is ready: you do not have to wait for a chat response.
Each lesson states its own review date and sources. This teaching material provides general explanations; a real situation may be different.
