Clear explanations. A suitable next step.
We help you with questions about law and Dutch public authorities. From a letter you do not understand to help with a problem. Start with what is happening.
Our sources
We use legislation and information from official bodies, including the Dutch government, the judiciary, the Tax Administration, UWV and the police. Where possible, our explanations include a source reference.
Explanations and chat
The chat uses AI to make information understandable. An answer may be incomplete or incorrect. Important decisions require personal advice. If we need more information to answer your question, we ask a follow-up question.
Save and continue later
With an answer or a preparation form, you can choose My overview. Only content you choose to save appears there. Save any subsequent changes again. Saved answers are not automatically updated or reviewed by a partner. Check sources and deadlines again when using them later.
Personal help
You can request a suitable partner through our website. You check your request for help. We look for a suitable partner; you decide whether to instruct that partner. We only share data after your separate consent and as part of the agreed introduction. A request is not yet an instruction to carry out work.
Your situation and deadlines
Rules can change. Documents, agreements and personal circumstances determine what applies to you. A review date shows when sources were checked. Check deadlines in your own letter or decision and seek help immediately in urgent cases.
