- Overviews of damages and any existing assistance, insofar as necessary.

After contact, check whether someone is already represented, what is in dispute and which instruction fits your firm. Request medical information only in a targeted manner through an appropriate channel. The platform does not provide medical investigation or a full damages calculation.
Scope and urgent situations
The intake must not be read as a promise that legal fees will be reimbursed. Unknown funding and complex circumstances are assessed first. An urgent deadline within two working days falls outside this route.
Is every personal injury request automatically in the highest price category?
