After contact, verify the type of tax, the interested party and the relevant dates. Discuss whether an accountant or other adviser is already involved and delineate each person's role. The intake does not provide an audit of the administration or tax calculation.
Scope and urgent situations
A deadline within two working days falls outside the matching process. Sensitive tax and financial documents do not belong in a general introductory email to the platform; your firm requests them in a targeted manner.
Is registration also available to bookkeepers and tax advisers without lawyer registration?
No. This portal is for Dutch law firms and includes a firm and lawyer verification process. Tax specialisation alone does not provide access to the lawyer portal.
