Heumen: Debt help without DigiD and objections to the municipality or Munitax
Which local route fits your question?
Local sources checked:
Debt help — without DigiD or on paper too
Heumen’s debt-help page includes a separate registration option without DigiD. Prefer paper? Download the form or collect it at the town hall reception, then post or hand it in. Ask questions via schuldhulpverlening@heumen.nl or call/WhatsApp 06 50 44 23 27. Gather bills, income details and regular expenses for the meeting. Suitable help and a plan are then considered. Registration is not yet a payment agreement with creditors; mention any urgent letter immediately.

Heumen offers an online route for objecting to a municipal decision, or a letter to Gemeente Heumen, Postbus 200, 6580 AZ Malden. Identify the decision and your reasons, give your name, address, date and signature, and enclose a copy of the decision. Check its deadline and instructions. Important: Heumen directs WOZ property-value or OZB property-tax objections to Munitax, not this general service. An objections committee advises, often after a hearing; the municipality decides. Use the source to choose the relevant route.

- Write down what happened, what you want to achieve and the date shown in your letter or contract.
- Have your contract, payment records and earlier correspondence ready. Share only what the appropriate adviser needs.
- Ask whether the organisation handles your problem, which languages are available and what fees or conditions apply.
Further guidance
This is general first guidance, not a municipal office or law firm. Listed organisations are external resources, not confirmed partners. Contact them yourself; this page or a chat does not protect a deadline.
