Explanations to help you get started
We provide general information about Dutch law and Dutch public authorities. We are not a public authority. Our chat uses AI. Answers may contain errors or may not fully apply to your situation. The explanations do not replace personal advice or guarantee an outcome.
Letters, calculations and documents
Tools and drafts help you prepare. Check data, amounts, conditions and deadlines before use. Document analysis does not confirm that a document is authentic, complete or correct. We do not sign or send anything on your behalf.
My overview
In My overview, you save answers and preparations you have selected. Saving is not a request for help: we do not automatically review your saved content or monitor deadlines for you. A saved answer is not automatically updated. Before use, check whether the information still applies to your situation. Keep important documents yourself as well.
Keep your login details private and log out on a shared device. Read the privacy statement to find out what we store and how to delete data.
Personal help
You can request a suitable partner through us. We assess the request; a request is not yet an instruction to carry out work or a guaranteed introduction. We look for a suitable partner; you give separate consent to data sharing and then decide whether to instruct that partner. You check a chat summary before submission. The full conversation is not automatically shared.
You pay us no referral fee. The selected organisation pays for the introduction. You agree on work and any costs directly with that organisation. A visit or chat conversation does not make us your lawyer or personal adviser.
Urgency and responsibility
In cases of danger, detention, a hearing or an approaching deadline, immediate professional help is needed. Do not wait for our referral service. In immediate danger, call 112. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
