You can contact the debt assistance point before payment arrears develop. Call 076 502 4025 on working days between 09:00 and 12:00 and ask for Meldpunt Schuldhulpverlening, or use the form linked by the municipality. The municipality says income level is no barrier to this initial contact. Note income, regular expenses and urgent bills; suitable support is discussed afterwards.
