Contacting the Sociaal Team
For debt, household support or other care questions, call Sociaal Team Druten on 088 432 74 32: Monday–Thursday 9–15 and Friday 9–12:30. If the question really cannot wait, the municipality lists additional telephone access on those weekdays until 17. This is not a 24-hour emergency number. The official page offers online notification or a downloadable form. Note the help needed, previous support and important letters. A notification starts an assessment; it does not yet award support.

Were you treated improperly by a municipal employee, or received no reply? Druten offers a complaint form and a letter route. You can also call 088 432 70 00 and ask for the complaint coordinator, who can help describe the complaint. Explain what happened, when, and the solution you seek. If you disagree with a support decision, a conduct complaint is not the route to challenge that decision. Check its objection procedure and deadline and seek advice in time.

- Write down what happened, what you want to achieve and the date shown in your letter or contract.
- Have your contract, payment records and earlier correspondence ready. Share only what the appropriate adviser needs.
- Ask whether the organisation handles your problem, which languages are available and what fees or conditions apply.
Further guidance
This is general first guidance, not a municipal office or law firm. Listed organisations are external resources, not confirmed partners. Contact them yourself; this page or a chat does not protect a deadline.
