Wegwijzer — care, income and support
For housing, income, care or wellbeing questions, contact Wegwijzer. The municipality lists weekday drop-ins from 9 to 11 at the town hall, De Misse 6 in Heesch. Call 0412 45 88 88 or email wegwijzer@bernheze.org. Check current opening arrangements before travelling. Bring relevant letters and discuss what you can manage and where you need help. Ask for the agreed next steps; a conversation is not yet an award of support.

The ONS welzijn Formulierenbrigade helps with applications including special assistance, allowances and debt help. The municipal page lists Thursday afternoons at Heesch town hall, without an appointment; report to reception. Money and legal-advice sessions are also listed at Willibrordcentrum, Hoofdstraat 78 in Heeswijk-Dinther, and ONS welzijn, Maxend 6 in Nistelrode. Check the day and time for each location. Bring the form, relevant letter and supporting documents. Help completing a form is not a decision on your application.

- Write down what happened, what you want to achieve and the date shown in your letter or contract.
- Have your contract, payment records and earlier correspondence ready. Share only what the appropriate adviser needs.
- Ask whether the organisation handles your problem, which languages are available and what fees or conditions apply.
